Kinnapathiri

A lovely dish from Kannur that brings the true essence of Malabar’s specialty dishes. Kinnapathiri is steamed flat-bread layers that can be sliced and served hot. One can easily prepare this dessert by steaming the batter in layers to get a big cake-like dish.
