Kannurappam

The Kannurappam, popularly known as the kaarayappam, white unniyappam or pancharappam is a traditional tea time snack of Kannur. It is detectible for its sweet flavor. Rice, sugar, maida and water are the major ingredients of kannurappam.

It is very similar to the unniyappam. But unlike unniyappam Kannur appam is unique with white and brown colors at top and bottom
