Anapathiri

Anapathiri or erachi kodumpu is a traditional Malabari snack perfect to serve on a feast. Ana is the name of an old coin used in Kerala. Since the dish is tiny as a coin, it is named ‘ana pathiri’. The dish is typically soft with a crispy structure.
